Do you perform mobile repairs?
No, not at this time.What if I only need a single gauge fixed and only a few back lights fixed because they aren't on?
Yes we can perform this repair. However, we DO NOT. The cost difference between fixing a few gauges and bulbs vs a full repair just doesn't make any sense. The factory cluster uses incandescent bulbs and they will continue to burn out over time if not replaced or upgraded with LEDs. If we were to fix only a portion of your cluster for a reduced cost just to end up having to fix the rest later its just going to make you frustrated. Just do it right once and be done! We are at least 4 times cheaper than a dealer, its really a small price to pay.
Do you swap out gauge clusters?
Yes, in certain Year/Make/Models we may be able to swap out your bad cluster for a fully serviced cluster that we have in stock. We will program the new cluster with the mileage of your existing cluster. If you have steering wheel controls for radio, mpg etc we please let us know. These features can be programmed back in by us. Please contact us with your Year/Make/Model and weather you have steering wheel controls or not. We can usually swap your cluster within a few minutes.
Cost of the swap depends on Year/Make/Model. However, we are MUCH cheaper than a dealer.
Do you work on other vehicles besides GM?
Not typically. Due to the amount of parts required to stock on hand for cluster repairs we decided to specialize in GM cluster repairs and focus on doing it well!
Do you replace backlighting for radios, 4x4 switches, hvac, dimmer switches and other items?
Yes, we have the ability to do so. However, please check for availability as these are lower priority items and can take a week to complete. Certian items like dimmer switches,4x4 switches etc are cheaper to just buy replacements.
What's your warranty?
We warranty our work for a year from the date of service. However, our repair should outlast the vehicle
